Refund policy

Request a return within 30 days of purchase through our contact page. Include your order number and the item you want to return.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with tags and accessories intact. Shoes must be tried on indoors. Skate equipment must not have been ridden, installed, or modified.

Contact us before shipping anything back. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label for an approved return. VACA does not charge a return-label or restocking fee. Orders may ship from different suppliers, so follow the return address provided for each item.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision and refund approved returns to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will help arrange the appropriate resolution. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
